How to Get API Credentials
  1. Log in to app.tradovate.com
  2. Go to Account → API Access
  3. Enable API access ($25/mo for live, free for demo)
  4. Create a new application to get App ID
  5. Generate CID and Secret
  6. Use your regular login credentials
